I first saw Dr Hasafa last year for my son who kept getting reoccurring tonsillitis. I had seen other doctors and raised my concerns with them that my son kept getting tonsillitis and if my son could be referred to see an ENT specialist. Other doctors dismissed this however when I saw Dr Hasafa she took the time to listen to my concerns and although she did explain that having my sons tonsils removed was still a medical procedure she would happily refer him to be assessed by an ENT specialist. My son had his tonsils removed in the summer 2014 and this is thanks to Dr Hasafa for taking the time to listen. I would highly recommend Dr Hasafa to other patients.

I became a patient of Dr Hasafa last year it's the best thing I did she is brilliant & caring the treatment she has given me is second to none.She listens & there is no sense of being hurried or rushed.Good GP's these days are like gold & she certainly is gold

Dr Hasafa diagnosed my issues my symptoms and provided me with a plan and explained the plan and medication. Dr Hasafa has a lovely manner,she actually listens to what you have to say and explains everything to you in a language that you can understand. I hope she stays at the practice a long time and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Zahraa Hasafa is excellent. She has made a huge difference to my life. I was going the wrong way healthwise and Dr Hasafa has completely turned my life around. She cares, is a great listener and is reassuring. Professional and approachable. She is quick, decisive, extremely knowledgable, and someone I feel I can absolutely rely on, and love to work with. She has given me a lot of her time and I am truly grateful for this. Relationships are everything, and from our very first meeting I set about to do everything she suggested to improve my health and well being. And so it has, more than I could ever have imagined. It is an ongoing pleasure to have Dr Zahraa Hasafa as my doctor. I just know I am great hands.
